讓我先跟大家解釋一下，在台灣爬山需要申請入山証及入園證，部分的地方甚至可能需要額外申請山屋
Let me explain first, hiking in Taiwan always need mountain entry permit and national park entry permit, even some of the place need to extra apply for cabin hut permit

   01）爲什麽需要申請入園證？ Why need a NP entry permit?

入山、入園、山屋的申請，有個部分是為了要保護自然保護區内的野生動物和自然景觀的棲息地，當山友們在到大自然健行的同時，也能夠減少生態環境的干擾，也因此，國家公園、生態保護區、自然保留區與保護區的設立，是爲了保護當地的自然生態
The application for mountain entry permit, national park entry permit, and cabin hut permit is to protect the habitat of wild animals and natural landscapes in the nature reserve. When hiker or mountaineer get close to nature, can reduce the disturbance of the ecological environment. Therefore, the establishment of national parks, ecological reserves, nature reserves and protected areas is to protect the local natural ecology

以下區域的列表即可查詢哪些區域是自然保護區，也就是需要申請的區域

國家公園歸在自然保護區，透過林務局的網站即可知道，只要是保護區，除了額外公佈無需申請區域外，申請了入園證，基本上都需要再額外申請入山証
National Park classified under nature reserve, we can check it via Forestry Bureau website, as long as it is a nature reserve, except those area that announcement does not need to apply, after apply for a NP permit, basically mountain entry permit are required to extra apply at the same time

   02）高山百岳介紹 Introduction of High Mountains

在台灣有超過275座的高山百岳讓山友去攀爬，當中有一百經過挑選的高山稱之爲百岳

   03a）玉山國家公園介紹 Introduction of Yushan National Park

玉山國家公園擁有30座百岳，是三座高山型國家公園中擁有最多百岳的國家公園，全台灣最高峰的玉山就坐落在玉山國家公園中，更是多數人在台灣的熱門登山路線

   05）國家公園入園證申請步驟 Steps to apply for Yushan National Park entry permit

首先，需要先搜尋并且進入國家公園申請網站，有中文也有英文：請按

點了想要申請的國家公園進去之後會看到入園線上申請，申請前請詳讀當中需注意的申請事項

   05a）玉山國家公園申請入園説明 Application Instruction for Yushan National Park

開放路線(一般)於預定住宿日前1個月之下午3時至4時（如遇假日後之上班日，則分別於上午9時至10時、中午12時至1時及下午3時至4時）辦理宿營地公開抽籤作業，並暫停參加抽籤之相關申請案線上入園申請及異動功能
The lottery draw is conducted 1 month prior to the lodging date, between 15:00 to 16:00 (postponed to the following workdays at 9:00-10:00, 12:00-13:00, and 15:00-16:00 respectively when encountering weekends/holidays). During this time, any submission or modification of applications related to the lottery will not be allowed

每天07：00至23：00，為系統受理申請案件時間；23：00至隔日07：00暫停受理申請案件，仍可儲存草稿

外國人住宿「排雲山莊」提前申請期限：預定入園日期前35天至前4個月間提出申請，於非假日（週日至週四）每日原則提供24個名額（每10個外國人另搭配2名本國人之比例原則）。請以英、日語版網頁提出申請，提前申請網址及登山路線：
To assist foreign visitors in confirming traveling details more timely when hiking the Yushan Main Peak Route, 24 spaces are reserved at Paiyun Lodge on non-weekend days (Sunday – Thursday) for foreign visitors.

進入入園線上申請頁面之後，中英文版的跳入會面會有一些不一樣，中文版會直接跳入填寫頁面，而英文版會先跳入選擇【外國人保障名額頁面】選擇后在進入申請頁面
The permit application website between Chinese and English is different, the Chinese version will jump directly to the fill-in page, while the English version will jump to the selection [Foreigner Protection Quota Page] and then enter the application page

   05b）雪霸國家公園申請入園説明 Application Instruction for Shei-Pa National Park

入園日前 5 日至入園日前 2 個月每日 07:00-23:00 提出，申請的所有行程日期皆須在此日期範圍內才接受申請，逾期恕不受理。例如申請 11/1~11/3 行程，則該行程於 9/1 日 07:00 起開始受理申請，至 10/27 日 23:00 止受理申請；申請 4/29 行程，最早可申請時間為 2/29，如當年度無 2/29，則與 4/30、5/1 入園之行程相同，最早可於為 3/1 日 07:00 提出申請。逾期恕不受理。住宿九九山莊需事先繳費，考量線上金流作業時間，如遇假日或連假請民眾提早申請(扣除假日應於5天前辦理)，否則無法配合線上繳費即無法取得入園許可證。
Applications shall be submitted from 07:00 to 23:00 within 5 days to two months prior to the Park entry. All of the itinerary dates applied for shall fall within the period of time calculated from the application date. Late applications will not be accepted.

全天候可上線填寫資料並「儲存草稿」，所儲存草稿可利用系統資料線上異動-草稿查詢功能帶出上次所儲存資料並修改，在系統開放申請的時間 (7:00-23:00間) 才可送件。草稿可保留7日，但下次透過資料線上異動開啟時，若原先選擇之日期或路線有關閉或名額不足之情形時，系統將清除所有草稿內的資料而需重新填寫相關資料。
Drafts can be reserved for seven days. Data changes can be made through the online system, in which draft data saved from the previous session can be retrieved from the data online change – “Edit your Drafts” function on the system for revision, and the changes shall be submitted during times (between 7:00 – 23:00) when the system is open for applications.

雪霸國家公園的提前申請
1.僅限於在台灣外的外國人，交換生及居住在台灣的外國人需用標準申請
2.申請時間自離園日前一天起計算的4個月前開放，至入園日的65天前截止
Foreign Advanced Application
1.Only used by foreign tourists and shall provide foreign address. Exchange students and foreigners stay in Taiwan shall all use “Standard Application”.
2. The application is open from 4 months before the date of exit to 65 days before the date of entry.

   05c）太魯閣國家公園申請入園説明 Application Instruction for Taroko National Park

申請系統每日可申請時間為早上07:00至晚上11:00，系統會在晚上11:00至隔天早上07:00停止申請，部分航線實行每日最大人數配額。
The application system is open for submissions every day between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm. The system will be closed between 11:00 pm to 7:00 am the next morning for routine maintenance. Quotas regarding the daily maximum number of persons are applied on some routes.

1、奇萊主（北）峰、奇萊連峰、奇萊東稜、奇萊南峰、南湖大山、南湖中央尖、北一縱走北二、北二段、閂山鈴鳴山、閂山單攻、畢祿縱走羊頭、清水山、其它路線：
For Qilai (Qilai Main Peak and Qilai North Peak, Mt. Qilai Range, Qilai East Ridge, Qilai South Peak), Nanhu (Mt. Nanhu, Mt. Nanhu – Mt. Zhongyangjian/North Section 1 of Central Mt. Range), North Section 1.~2. North of Central Mt. Range, North Section 2 of Central Mt. Range/Guimenguan Cliff, Mt. Shuan – Mt. Lingming, Mt. Shuan Single Day Ascent, Mt. Bilu – Mt. Yangtou, Mt. Qingshui, and non-traditional (“Other”) routes:

（一）入園5天15:00前至2個月前可提出申請。
Application window open 5-30 days before date of intended entry (closing at 3 pm, 5 days before the date of intended entry).

（二）每份申請書為一隊，每隊最多不得超過12人，若超過上述人數，請分別填寫，領隊及隊員均不得重覆。
One application is representative of one team. A team can consist of a maximum of 12 people; separate (new) application(s) should be completed if the number of team members exceeds 12. An applicant can only be a team member or a team leader a maximum of once a day (e.g. one cannot be a member of a team and the leader of another team on the same day).

（三）入園前5天內申請案件不予受理。(連續假期應於放假前1天15：00前完成申請）
Applications submitted less than 5 days before the date of intended entry will not be accepted.

（四）入園前2個月內提出申請案件以線上申請時間為先後排序。
Applications successfully submitted within 30 days before the date of intended entry will be arranged in the order of submission time.

（五）入園申請案件審核通過後，日期、人員(含領隊、隊員、留守)不得更換或增加，可以取消入園（全隊或個別隊員取消），新增人員應另案提出申請。
Once an application is approved, the date of entry and the names of members (including the team leader, team members, and the emergency coordinator) cannot be changed. Parties may cancel their application in whole or in part (either for an individual or for the entire party). Additional (separate) applications should be submitted if additional members wish to participate.

2、羊頭山、畢祿山單攻路線：
For Mt. Yangtou Single Day Ascent, Mt. Bilu Single Day Ascent routes:

（一）入園3天15:00前至2個月前可提出申請。
Application window open 3-30 days before entry (closing at 3 pm, 3 days before the date of intended entry).

（二）每份申請書為一隊，每隊最多不得超過12人，若超過上述人數，請分別填寫，領隊及隊員均不得重覆。
One application is representative of one team. A team can consist of a maximum of 12 people; separate (new) application(s) should be completed if the number of team members exceeds 12. An applicant can only be a team member or a team leader a maximum of once a day (e.g. one cannot be a member of a team and the leader of another team on the same day).

（三）入園前3天內申請案件不予受理。(翌週一及連續假期應於放假前1天15：00前完成申請）
Applications submitted less than 3 days before the date of intended entry will not be accepted.

（四）入園前2個月內提出申請案件以線上申請時間為先後排序。

（五）入園申請案件審核通過後，日期、人員(含領隊、隊員、留守)不得更換或增加，可以取消入園（全隊或個別隊員取消），新增人員應另案提出申請。

3、錐麓古道單日路線：
For Zhuilu Old Road:

（一）入園1天15：00前至2個月前可提出申請。
Applications will open 1 – 30 days before entry. The application window will close at 3 pm on the previous working day.

（二）錐麓古道每天每一人限制申請一隊12人，申請人、領隊及隊員不得重複申請。
One application is representative of one team. A team can consist of a maximum of 12 people; separate (new) application(s) should be completed if the number of team members exceeds 12. An applicant can only be a team member or a team leader a maximum of once a day (e.g. one cannot be a member of a team and the leader of another team on the same day).

（三）錐麓古道受理申請時間為入園前1天15：00前至2個月前，週二至週五入園應於前1天15：00前完成申請，週六至翌週一入園應於週五15：00前完成申請（連續假期應於放假前1天15：00前完成申請），2個月內之申請案件不在此限。
The latest submission time for Zhuilu Old Road is 3 pm the previous day if the date of intended entry falls between Tuesday and Friday, and before 3 pm on Friday for entry between Saturday and Monday. If there is a public holiday before the date of intended entry, the latest submission time is 3 pm on the last working day. Otherwise, applications submitted in advance of these date restrictions will not be subjected to these regulations.

（四）入園前2個月內提出申請案件以線上申請時間為先後排序。
Applications successfully submitted within 30 days before the date of intended entry will be arranged in the order of submission time.

（五）入園申請案件審核通過後，日期、人員(含領隊、隊員、留守)不得更換或增加，可以取消入園（全隊或個別隊員取消），新增人員應另案提出申請。
Once an application is approved, the date of entry and the names of members (including the team leader, team members, and the emergency coordinator) cannot be changed. Parties may cancel their application in whole or in part (either for an individual or for the entire party). Additional (separate) applications should be submitted if additional members wish to participate.

（六）錐麓古道單日路線外國旅客額外配額申請：
Advance Application for Zhuilu Old Road (Foreigners Only):

申請窗口將於預計入園日四個月前至35天前開始，可入園日為周一至周四的平日，公共假日並不包含在内。申請窗口將於每日的下午3:00關閉，預計入園日35天前將關閉。
Application window open 4 months to 35 days before date of intended entry; weekdays only (Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays). The application window closes at 3 pm, 35 days before the date of intended entry.

全隊隊員需擁有外國護照，請將護照及居留證的個人照片更新至最新。
All team members must possess foreign nationality; please upload the photo page of your valid passport or a resident ID card as proof.

當申請通過，入園日及全隊隊友（包含領隊、隊員、留守人）不能更換，也無法再額外增加隊員。取消（單人、全部人不包含領隊）是可被接受，如果其他成員希望在預定入境的同一天徒步旅行，則應提交單獨的申請。
Once an application has been approved, the date of entry and the names of all team members (including the leader, team members, and the emergency coordinator) cannot be altered, and additional team members cannot be added to the same application. Cancellation (for an individual or for the entire party, excluding the team leader) can be accepted. Separate applications should be submitted if additional members wish to hike on the same date of intended entry.

對於外國遊客申請到涿鹿老路，將沒有備用措施（即等候名單）。 如果已經達到外國遊客配額，歡迎所有申請人通過標準申請窗口（預定入境日期前 1-30 天）進行申請。
There will be no standby measures (i.e. waitlist) for foreign visitor applications to Zhuilu Old Road. All applicants regardless of nationality are welcome to apply through the standard application window (1 – 30 days before date of intended entry) if the quota for foreign visitors has already been reached.

   05d）申請步驟 Application Step

三座高山型國家公園入園申請大同小異.
The three alpine National Park application almost the same.

   05d-1）申請步驟一 Application Step One

在入園申請頁面需要填寫/選擇隊名，接著需要選擇路線。
Need to fill/choose in the group name, choose any trails after that.

玉山國家公園路線有玉山線、南橫三星庫哈諾辛山/關山線、八通關線、南二段線、秀姑巒線、馬博拉斯橫斷線、新康山線、八通關越嶺線、瓦拉米線、其他路線。
The primary routes are Yushan Trail, Kuhanousin Mountain Trail/Guan Mountain Trail, Batongguan Trail, South Section 2 of Central Mountains Trail, Siouguluan Trail, Mabolasih Trail, Sinkang Trail, Batongguan Traversing Trail, Walami Trail, Other Trails.

雪霸國家公園路線有雪山主峰線、志佳陽線、雪劍線、雪山西稜線、武陵四秀線、大霸線、大霸北稜線、聖稜線、其他路線。
The primary routes are Xue Mountain Trail, Zhijiayang Trail, Xuejian Trail, West Xue Trail, Wuling Quadruple Mountain Trail, Daba Peaks Trail, North Dabajian Trail, Shengleng Trail, Other Trails.

太魯閣國家公園路線有奇萊、南湖（南湖群峰、中央尖山、北一段）、北一段縱走北二段、北二段（鬼門關斷崖）、閂山鈴鳴山、閂山單攻、畢祿山縱走羊頭、畢祿山、羊頭山單攻、清水山、錐麓古道、其他。
The primary routes are Qilai, Nanhu (Mt. Nanhu, Mt. Zhongyangjian, North Section 1), North Section 1 to 2 of Central Mt. Ridge, North Section 2 of Central Mt. Ridge (Guimenguan Cliff), Mt. Shuan – Mt. Lingmin, Mt. Shuan Single Day Ascent, Mt. Bilu – Mt. Yangtou, Mt. Bilu Single Day Ascent, Mt. Yangtou Single Day Ascent, Mt. Qingshui, Zhuilu Old Road, Other.

在入園申請頁面需要填寫/選擇、路線、入園總日數、入園日期、登山行前講習、是否攜帶GPS裝置、衛星電話、無線電頻。
Need to fill/choose in the route, total hiking days, entry date, hiking general knowledge learning, carrying GPS device, satellite phone number, radio frequency.

申請者可自行選擇是否繫帶衛星電話、無線電頻。
Applicant can decide to bring satellite phone number, radio frequency.

申請者可利用其他路線可自行規劃路線。
Applicant can plan their own routes for the selection of Other Route.

完成後點下一步即可進入下一步驟。
Click next to enter the next step after completed.

   05d-2）申請步驟二 Application Step Two

填完隊伍資料后，按下一步會進入填寫申請人資料、領隊資料、隊員資料及留守人資料。
After filled the information of group, click the Next will enter the page for fill in the applicant/agent info, team leader info, team member info and emergency coordinator info.

申請人可以是領隊或隊員或留守人，領隊或隊員不可以跟留守人為同一人。
Applicant/agent can be team leader or team member or emergency coordinator, team leader or team member can’t be the same person as emergency coordinator.

未滿20歲者不得擔任申請人。
Due to local law, persons under 20 cannot be the applicant.

未滿20歲者不得擔任領隊。
Persons under 20 cannot be the group leader.

請確認領隊或隊員同意委託申請人代理蒐集當事人個人資料，並委託其上網向國家公園管理處提出入園申請相關事宜，以免違反相關法令。
Please obtain all group members’ permission to apply on their behalf.

不管是申請人資料、領隊資料、隊員資料都需填寫以下資料。
No matter applicant/agent info, team leader info, team member info, the below info are needed.

• Name/姓名、Phone number/電話、Address/聯絡地址、Cell phone/手機、Email、IC No./ARC No./Passport No.(護照號碼(本國人請填身分證號))、Gender/性別、Date of Birth/生日、Emergency Contact/緊急連絡資訊

完成後點下一步即可進入下一步驟，若在非申請時間或是想要先存檔可以選擇儲存草稿。
Click next to enter the next step after completed, if it is not application time or applicant want to save for the future just click save draft.

可以點擊草稿查詢進行草稿查詢用於申請。
Applicant can click Edit Drafts for checking the draft for send out.

在此步驟需要確認申請資料無誤，完成後點下一步即可送出申請。

完成步驟三送出之後就完成申請，會收到申請確認信等著抽籤，透過英文網頁申請就會收到英文標題及内容的電郵，雪霸國家公園及太魯閣國家公園的名額需要用搶，跟玉山國家公園不一樣。
After completed the three steps and send out, will receive a confirmation email and waiting for draw, the email will be in English if apply by English Website, the quota for Shei-Pa National Park and Taroko National Park have to compete every 7:00 morning, it was different with Yushan National Park which is full lottery draw.

抽籤完畢后，核准通過之後就會寄到電郵信箱。
The approved email will send to the inbox after the draw.

   05d-5）申請之後 After Application

收到的申請郵件后，所提供的字號可以用於資料線上異動/取消入園、申請進度查詢／入山資料傳送／許可證列印。
After receive the application email, the application number can using for Modify or Cancel Application , Check Status/Print Permit/Apply for Mountain Permit.

申請排雲山莊者需注意繳費事宜，點擊 列印繳費說明單／線上繳費(排雲) 可查詢
For those who apply for Paiyun lodge that need to payment, click Payment Instructions[Paiyun] to checking

   06）入園前 Before the trips

當日入園前，需要確認隊伍的申請是否有誤，隊員們是否有變數。
Before the entry day, please make sure the team application info, and status of team member.

領隊是所有國家公園入園中唯一可以更換的人員，并且只能更換一次，若有隊員無法出席，或是其他隊員都取消入園。
Team leader is the only person can be change for all of the National Park for once, if any member who unable to attend, or some of the team member cancel the trip.

只要隊伍整個隊伍僅剩下領隊，或是隊伍沒有領隊，基於國家公園公平原則，隊伍必須取消入山入園并且重新申請，一支隊伍想要出發就必須至少有一位領隊及一位隊員。
As long as the team has only the team leader left, or the team does not have a leader, based on the fairness principle of National Park, the team must cancel the trips and reapply a new one, must have at least one leader and one team member in a team.

獨攀的領隊無法入園無法更換領隊，需直接取消。
The leader that do solo climb cannot enter the park, the leader cannot be changed, it needs to be cancelled directly.

另外在出發前幾天，記得查詢國家公園是否有封閉的狀況，以及確認隊伍是否有申請了入山證，入園時，沒有入山入園證的文件是不可以進入園區内。
In addition, a few days before the departure, please check the status of national park, and confirm whether the team has apply for a mountain entry permit, without the documents of the entry permit, will not be allowed to enter the park.

僅有進入雪霸國家公園者可以使用【雪霸登山AR】入園。
Those who enter the Shei-Pa National Park can use [Shei Pa Mountaineering AR] to enter the park.

   07）完成行程後 After the trips

   07a）玉山國家公園 Yushan National Park

完成玉山國家公園行程需要點擊玉山出園回報進行離園回報。
After trips end, Yushan National Park Leaving Park Report Back to report for park leaving.

   07b）雪霸國家公園 Shei-pa National Park

從雪霸國家公園者離開者可以使用【雪霸登山AR】入園。
Those who leave the Shei-Pa National Park can use [Shei Pa Mountaineering AR] to apply for leave.

太魯閣國家公園離園者，目前得知尚未需要回報。
For those who leaving Taroko National Park do not need to report for park leaving at the moment.

   08）總結 Summary

總結來説，登山是需要很多技能、體能和判斷力的戶外活動，我會建議一定要判斷清楚自己的能力在哪，不要看到別人在山上的美麗照片而隨便的去登山。
By the way, hiking is an activities that need many skills, stamina and judgement skills, I would suggest that you must judge clearly where is your abilities, don’t just go hiking if just seeing the beautiful photos of others peoples on the mountain.
